Sure, we’ll talk about ice cream here. A lot, actually.
We’ll share new flavors, behind-the-scenes moments, stories from our shops, and maybe even settle a few important debates along the way (sprinkles: yes or no?).
But this blog isn’t really about ice cream.
It’s about the people who gather around it.
Every day, across our shops, we see first dates, family traditions, post-game celebrations, study breaks, birthday parties, and those random Tuesday nights when someone simply decides they deserve a scoop.
We see life’s highlights—but we also see its challenges. Friends talking through breakups, coworkers processing tough news, families gathering after difficult days. Over the years, we’ve learned that ice cream doesn’t just belong in celebrations. Sometimes it belongs in healing, too.
A scoop becomes a conversation. A flavor becomes a memory. A visit becomes a tradition.
That’s what we hope to capture here.
This blog will be a mix of everything that makes our company what it is.
Some posts will take you behind the scenes to see how flavors are developed, how ice cream is made, and what happens before the lights turn on each morning.
Some will tell stories about our communities, our team members, and the customers who have helped shape who we are.

And yes, we’ll probably spend more time talking about cookie flavors than most blogs should.
The truth is, after growing to multiple locations, we’ve realized something.
Most people only see a tiny piece of what happens here. We have grown to cross 2 states and 6 wonderful communities
They see the finished scoop.
They don’t see the early mornings, the flavor testing, the ideas scribbled on napkins, the celebrations, the challenges, the customers who become regulars, or the small moments that make this business so rewarding.
This blog gives us a place to share those stories.

Our goal is simple: create content that’s as enjoyable as the ice cream itself.
No corporate jargon. No boring announcements. No rules about when we can post or how much.
