Our Story

Founded in 2015, Frisbie’s is and always has been a place for family, friends, and communities to gather and share homemade ice cream.

Our handcrafted ice creams are made to meet “Super Premium” standards. Rich, creamy, and high quality ingredients.

In 2019, Paul Jr and Paul Parks III took over Frisbie’s Dairy Barn in New Britain. Since then, we’ve expanded to multiple locations across Connecticut and Massachusetts, from scoop shops to walk-up, but our mission hasn’t changed: to serve ice cream made with care, creativity, and a dash of fun. From family outings to spontaneous treats, we’re here to create moments of joy and connection—one scoop at a time.

What makes Frisbie’s ice cream truly special?

You may say it’s the premium ingredients or the homemade recipes, our whacky limited time flavors or homemade hot fudge, but really it’s the wonderful communities we share it with. From our friendly, smiling staff to our loyal Frisbie’s fans, we are grateful to serve our ever growing communities for years to come.

And don’t miss our iconic- 24 Hour National Ice Cream Day Celebration!

We open each year on the 3rd Sunday of July, from 12am to 11:59pm scooping custom flavors, signature sundaes, and fun all day long. You’ve never experienced anything like it!
