New Britain is where Frisbie’s Dairy Barn first came to life. Founded by Michael Frisbie, Paul Parks Jr. and Paul Parks III took over the shop in 2019, and we recently celebrated 10 years of serving our New Britain neighbors! This is the birthplace of many of our most beloved flavors and home to unforgettable moments—like our first-ever 24-hour National Ice Cream Day celebration. It’s time to stop by for a taste of history and a whole lot of ice cream! In fact, our historic location dates back to an original Guida’s Milk Bar.
